Our Favourite Hot Chocolate Recipe

What can be more comforting or Autumnal on a Sunday afternoon than hot chocolates or babycinnos by the fire - with marshmallows of course! 

Here is our favourite recipe inspired from BBC Good Food 

600ml Milk

142ml Double Cream

100g Chopped Chocolate

Pour the milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a pan. Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth. Serve in individual cups or mugs topped with mini marshmallows and a little grated chocolate.
