About Siân Esther: Luxury Pyjamas - designed in the UK

Sian Esther is a British luxury lifestyle brand, which has become known for elevating the humble pyjama. The luxury pyjama collection is chic yet comfortable and offers pieces that are timeless; crafted from quality fabrics and finished with beautiful details. We want to help do life slower and with joy. To nourish and nurture our own wellbeing and to offer the solution of what to wear when hosting guests at breakfast or holidaying with friends.  The pyjamas are designed to fit in with the aesthetics of a calming home – understated and with a sense of simplicity.  They are for the busy woman who cherishes a few moments of calm – be that at the beginning or end of the day.

Sian’s background in Buying at John Lewis and Waitrose has played a key part in building a brand which has strong brand values.  Inspired by Sian’s Mother’s ethos of fewer, better pieces, the collection is always well thought through and edited. Her Grandmother bought the contents of a haberdasher’s shop when it was closing down and so the ribbons, buttons, trims and lace that Sian grew up with have played a part in inspiring the details of the collection today.

The pyjamas are designed in the UK and made by a skilled team in Portugal who use BCI cotton and have a fully audited factory.

 Founder Sian Esther

From the start of Siân Esther, it was important to us to build a brand of purpose and one with a heart. We have chosen to partner with The Luminary Bakery.  For every beautiful purchase, we cover the cost of the resources needed for a disadvantaged woman in London to train at the bakery and build her career.

The Luminary Bakery is a social enterprise supporting the UK's most disadvantaged women to reach their potential. Through baking they take women on a journey to employability and entrepreneurship and equip them with transferrable skills to live independently.  They provide training, employment & community to empower women to move forward from past trauma into an exciting future.
